Removing an Unregistered User's Profile

When in exclusive access mode, administrators can remove an unregistered ZixOne user's profile from the Administration Console.

Note: The Remove Profile button is not available for users who have a registered device.

To remove a user profile:

1. On the main menu, select People.

The People screen displays.

2. Search for the unregistered user's account who you want to remove.
3. Select the account in the People list.

The account displays in account detail view.

4. Select Modify.
5. On the Edit Profile page, select the check box and then click Remove Profile.

The account is removed from the People list.
