Removing an Unregistered User's Profile
When in exclusive access mode, administrators can remove an unregistered ZixOne user's profile from the Administration Console.

Note:

The Remove Profile button is not available for users who have a registered device. |
To remove a user profile:

1.

On the main menu, select People. |
The People screen displays.
|
2.
|
Search for the unregistered user's account who you want to remove. |
|
3.
|
Select the account in the People list. |
The account displays in account detail view.
|
5.
|
On the Edit Profile page, select the check box and then click Remove Profile. |
The account is removed from the People list.
